Return & Refund Policy (for logistics/shipping services)

At WorldCargoTrack, we offer tracking and logistics coordination services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • We do not directly ship parcels but work with licensed carriers.
  • If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly for claims.
  • If you paid for a premium tracking or digital service and it was not delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@worldcargotrack.com with your order/tracking number and reason for the request.
